Across Eastern and Western art history, paper has always been a field of freedom. It is written, painted, folded, cut, torn, and sculpted—tested across cultures for centuries—becoming one of the most profound carriers of spiritual depth. White Realm, the Paper Trio Exhibition, extends paper beyond material limitation into an abstract, multi-layered field of thought. From the breath of Eastern Shanshui landscapes to the light and shadow of Western paper sculpture, Cao Jigang’s layered Huizhou paper in the Three Distances (high, level, deep), Angela Glajcar’s hand-torn German industrial paper, and Bay Tang Jiaxin’s meditative hand-piercing together construct a metaphysical realm of paper—a meeting point of force, energy, stillness, and tension. Welcome to join the Opening Reception on Dec.6 Sat. 2:30pm to witness the power of paper.
