Bluerider ART is pleased to announce that represented American artist Carol Prusa is participating in A Glimpse of the Infinite, the inaugural Shenzhen Art and Technology Biennale (SATB), currently on view at the Shenzhen International Museum of Art (SIMoA) from 30 May 2026 to 30 April 2027. The exhibition explores the quantum world, extending scientific inquiry into the realm of contemporary art.
Working with the Renaissance technique of silverpoint, Carol Prusa has long explored the intersection of art and astrophysics. Through the precision of silverpoint and its refined tonal gradations, she interprets the complex interactions of cosmic evolution, while uniquely incorporating sculptural elements to express the sublime beauty of the universe. For Prusa, science and art are parallel paths toward understanding our place within the cosmos. Each work embodies a dialogue between the known and the unknown, with balanced and recurring geometric forms reflecting the underlying rhythms and structures of the universe.
