Curatorial Statement
Bluerider ART is delighted to participate in the 2025 Roter Kunstsalon, marking its first art fair of the year. Taking place in the distinguished setting of Museum Villa Rot in Burgrieden, Germany, the fair offers an intimate, salon-style platform for contemporary art, with a strong emphasis on material innovation, conceptual depth, and meaningful engagement.
Bluerider ART will showcase a curated selection of internationally acclaimed artists whose practices push the boundaries of form and interpretation. Josep Riera i Aragó employs mechanical motifs—propellers, submarines, and aeroplanes—as poetic metaphors for time, memory, and human endeavour. Angela Glajcar reimagines paper as a sculptural medium, creating cavernous installations that play with light, shadow, and silence. Yang Jen-Ming constructs contemplative visual spaces through tonal subtlety and minimalist geometry, balancing emotional resonance with compositional clarity. Dai Junpeng bridges traditional Chinese ink painting with a contemporary sensibility, crafting landscapes that invite introspection and explore the dialogue between emptiness and form.
This presentation reflects Bluerider ART’s ongoing commitment to material exploration and conceptual rigour—ideally aligned with the thoughtful and immersive spirit of Roter Kunstsalon.

Riera i Aragó 里埃拉・伊．阿拉貢
(Spain , b. 1954)
Riera i Aragó (Spain, b. 1954), a graduate of the Sant Jordi Academy of Fine Arts, is one of Spain’s most internationally renowned contemporary artists. Based in Barcelona, his work explores the themes of “navigation between the sky and the deep sea,” employing symbols such as propellers, submarines, and airplanes to construct a poetic narrative of time, space, and life. His solo exhibitions have been hosted at prestigious European institutions, including the Heilbronn Municipal Museum in Germany, the Van Gogh Foundation in Arles, and the Joan Miró Foundation in Barcelona. His works are included in esteemed permanent collections such as the Van Gogh Foundation, the Joan Miró Foundation, and Boeing in Chicago.

Angela Glajcar
(Germany, b.1970）
Born in Mainz, Germany, Angela Glajcar studied sculpture at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Nuremberg from 1991 to 1998. Glajcar's work embodies sculpture and installation, it examines the way in which space is experienced using a material that is fragile and light. In the act of ripping and perforating a material that is traditionally used as a two-dimensional support, Glajcar gives paper a strong sculptural presence. Terforation is the title of Angela Glajcar's famous cubic pieces. The staggered arrangement of the vertically hung series of sheets of white paper, with torn edges, produces cave-like recessions. These extend into the depth of the sculpture. The sharp ridges and deep caverns gives viewer a fascinating room of harmony and silence. Glajcar has exhibited extensively and been the recipient of numerous awards and fellowships including Studio Award of the Kunststiftung Erich Hauser, the Asterstein scholarship in 1999 and Vordemberge Gildewart Award in 2004. Glajcar's works have been showcased in various prominent public art exhibitions, including Cologne Cathedral, the Frankfurt Department of Culture, the Jacksonville Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Mainz Gutenberg Museum. Permanent collections of Glajcar's works can be found at the Jacksonville Museum of Contemporary Art in the United States, the Wiesbaden Museum in Germany, the Mainz Arts and Sciences Center in Germany, and the Hanten Schmidt collection in Austria.
Yang Jen-Ming
（Taiwan, b.1962）
Yang Jen-Ming (Taiwan, b. 1962), born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, currently lives and works in Taipei. He holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Taipei National University of the Arts. His artistic practice has evolved through various stages. His early series, “Black Water” and “Intellectuals,” employed murky, chaotic, and heavy imagery to reflect the atmosphere of the times. In his mid-career series, “Unstable Connections,” he explored infinite possibilities through minimalist geometry, fragmentation, and layering. Yang views painting as a continuous process of contemplation, with the final moment of stopping his brush signifying a state of condensation. His recent works create meditative spaces, using subtle shifts in monochromatic tones to build blurred visual fields. At the lower edge of his canvases, he incorporates square formats as a rational cut, balancing emotional intensity with structured clarity, oscillating between dreamlike and realistic realms. Yang’s works are permanently collected by institutions such as National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts.
Dai Junpeng
（China, b.1996）
代俊鵬（中國，b.1996）畢業於廣州美術學院美術碩士，現工作與生活於廣州，並任教於廣州應用科技學院。他的創作在「當代精神」與「傳統筆墨」間來回探索，試圖以自然樸實的方式體現山水物象的人文精神。如何在人的主觀性與自然的客觀中找到平衡是他創作時所探尋的，如齊白石所說「作畫妙在似與不似之間」，畫作中的留白亦虛亦實，賦予觀者隨著時代、生活及感觸而產生不同的想像空間與共鳴。作品曾獲廣州美術學院畢業優秀獎。
