On September 20, 2025, Bluerider ART LA • Manhattan Beach celebrated its grand opening, marking a bold new chapter for Bluerider ART in the United States. Over a hundred distinguished guests—including collectors, museum board members, curators, media, critics, and art enthusiasts—gathered for the occasion, creating an atmosphere of excitement and celebration.
The inaugural exhibition “From Sea to Sky — The Blue Axis” brings together 16 internationally acclaimed artists from 10 countries, presenting works inspired by the imagery of “blue.” Through painting, sculpture, installation, and video, the exhibition transcends borders to explore East–West cultural dialogues, the universe and life, nature and science, and the self in relation to the other. The curatorial concept resonates with philosopher Gilles Deleuze’s idea of Becoming—art as a process not of linear progression from A to B, but of fluid crossings through multiplicity and heterogeneity, constantly opening new possibilities.
