After a busy opening and artist talk, the Hantoo Art Group embarked on a thoughtfully arranged series of cultural-artistic visits and city tours in London under the Bluerider ART London team. They visited major art landmarks such as the British Museum, the Tate Modern and the Royal College of Art, immersing themselves in the dense history and vibrant contemporary life of Europe’s art capital. They also explored historic cultural sites including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, the Thames riverside, St Paul’s Cathedral and Stonehenge, experiencing London’s unique fusion of the classical and the modern.
In addition, the artists visited blue chip galleries in the Mayfair to gain deeper insight into the multifaceted international art ecosystem. This journey not only allowed the Hantoo artists to draw new inspiration and cultural insight abroad, but also symbolised Taiwanese artists confidently and openly—using their local artistic language to engage in a genuine and courageous dialogue with the global art community.
