Wendy Wischer
USA, B.1971)

佛羅里達州立大學藝術創作碩士,亦任教猶他大學藝術暨藝術史。以多媒材形式,探討大自然與人類的互動消長。展出於猶他藝術博物館、Boca Raton Museum、Miami Art Museum、The Bass Museum。作品獲美國多所美術館永久收藏中,包括 Pérez Art Museum、Boca Raton Museum、Frost Museum of Art,以及美國藝術銀行等。


Wischer 將創作聚焦於大自然與都會生活的結合,前者孕育出生命本質,後者則擁有五光十色的風貌與推陳出新的科學技術,而在共榮與互斥的拉扯下,生態環境也產生劇烈的轉變。此次展出 Wall Object 牆上裝置作品。以人造水晶形塑出日常生活中的物件,Wischer將不同的研究數據,以雕塑、裝置、影音進行演繹,呈現我們所面臨的危機。
