Wendy Wischer
USA, B.1971)

佛罗里达州立大学艺术创作硕士,亦任教犹他大学艺术暨艺术史。以多媒材形式,探讨大自然与人类的互动消长。展出于犹他艺术博物馆、Boca Raton Museum、Miami Art Museum、The Bass Museum。作品获美国多所美术馆永久收藏中,包括 Pérez Art Museum、Boca Raton Museum、Frost Museum of Art,以及美国艺术银行等。

Wischer 将创作聚焦于大自然与都会生活的结合,前者孕育出生命本质,后者则拥有五光十色的风貌与推陈出新的科学技术,而在共荣与互斥的拉扯下,生态环境也产生剧烈的转变。此次展出 Wall Object 牆上装置作品。以人造水晶形塑出日常生活中的物件,Wischer将不同的研究数据,以凋塑、装置、影音进行演绎,呈现我们所面临的危机。
